ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR SYSTEM SALES

We are actively seeking a highly qualified and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As a Account Manager, you will leverage your own sales expertise while leading a team of driven sales representatives.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in the entire sales process, excelling in lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.

This role requires a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record, capable of inspiring exceptional performance in others. Additionally, Account Manager must demonstrate sharp intellect and possess the ability to coach, advise, motivate, and, if necessary, replace sales representatives while fostering a high-performance team environment.

Objectives:

  • Represent the company effectively by demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
  • Conduct thorough consumer needs research and effectively communicate how our solutions address those needs.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and provide guidance to a team of sales support.
  • Achieve company objectives by meticulously planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making accurate forecasts.
  • Drive lead generation and establish and nurture client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets with large existing customers and expand new accounts by representing the entire range of Goshen Swara Indonesia products and services.
  • Work with customers to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Manage, maintain and update key stakeholders’ information in SalesForce to ensure current contacts remain relevant
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.
  • Cultivate long-lasting relationships with potential clients, understanding and addressing their specific needs.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop effective plans to fill them.
  • Ensure sales targets are met by conducting daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Male – Max 40 years
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
  • Preferably Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Eagerness to learn and mastery of our products and services is a must.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in managing sales ( experience in Audio Sound System is preferred)
  • Have commercial focus, understand customer’s needs and add value
  • Experience in building the sales pipeline and achieving the sales target within the timeline.
  • Proven track record of success in the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership ability.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in motivational speaking.
  • Strong communication, presentation & networking skills and willingness to learn.
  • Preferably have Shure Audio Institute, Q-SYS level 1 & Dante Certification.

SALES SUPPORT/ ENGINEER
