Feedback is the sound coming out of speakers and then forwarded back to the source, such as a mic, electric guitar, or electric bass. On this occasion we will try to discuss how to resolve feedback on microphone. But you need to know the kinds of feedback.
Two feedback that often arises is:
1. The feedback that comes from an excess of low frequency
This happens because of the magnitude of the too low tones or bass from a source by sound processing such as tone control or equalizer. It is usually characterized as the sound of buzzing.
2. The feedback that comes from high-frequency
This type of feedback is caused by overly magnitude tone high-frequency generated by processing the sound i.e. tone control or equalizer. Normally occurrence due too the magnitude of volume treble at trone control or high position sliding potensio on the equalizer.
Feedback on microphone
The first thing to do if the feedback is occurring (strong mic) is listening well kind of sound feedback, whether including a low frequency or high frequency.
If these low-frequency feedback, immediately lower the bass low/potensio. After the feedback stops, try playback the low potensio/bass on the mixer, stop turn back if it sound like going back again. When the mixer in pairs equalizer , Low frequency on the equalizer potensio miniaturized.
